What this is
Workspace Settings is the central location for configuring and managing your workspace settings, integrations, administrative controls, and default platform behavior in Propensity.
This area allows workspace admins to:
- Configure general workspace settings
- Manage users and billing
- Configure CRM and SSO integrations
- Define audience and scoring settings
- Manage exclusions and alerts
- Configure default Propensity Display Network settings
Workspace Settings also acts as the primary location for managing many of the default behaviors used across campaigns and audiences.
When to use this
Use Workspace Settings when:
- Managing workspace-level configurations
- Updating default campaign settings
- Managing users and permissions
- Configuring Salesforce or HubSpot integrations
- Setting up SSO authentication
- Configuring Custom Warmth Scoring or Intent Groups
- Managing exclusions and alerts
- Reviewing billing or payment information
Accessing Workspace Settings
To access Workspace Settings:
- Open your workspace in Propensity
- Click your workspace name
- Select Workspace Settings
My Workspaces
The My Workspaces tab contains your workspace-level configuration settings.
You can edit these settings using:
- The pencil icon
- The Edit option under More Actions
This section includes:
General Workspace Settings
Workspace Name
The display name of the workspace.
Workspace URL
The workspace URL associated with your environment.
Workspace Timezone
The workspace time zone controls how date and time information is displayed across parts of the platform. Updating the workspace time zone helps ensure timestamps align with your team’s local working hours and reporting expectations.
The workspace time zone impacts how timestamps are displayed across the platform, including:
Campaign Snapshot timestamps
Contact Website Tracker activity timestamps
Additional date and time fields across the platform
Default Domain Exclusions for PDN
Configure domains that should be excluded from Propensity Display Network (PDN) campaign targeting only.
ABM Domain Exclusions
Configure domains that will be excluded from ABM Dashboard, ABM Connected Website, and Website Tracker.
Default Include In-App Mobile Ads
Controls whether in-app mobile inventory is included by default for supported campaigns.
Default Frequency Cap
Controls how often ads can be shown to the same audience within a specified timeframe.
The Limit the maximum number of impressions allowed.
The Duration defines the frequency cap timeframe.

The Actions menu contains additional workspace-level configuration features.
Custom Contact Scoring
Custom Warmth Scoring allows you to define your own rules for how contacts are classified as cold, warm, or hot based on engagement signals.
Instead of relying only on default scoring, you can create rules using conditions created by your team. For more information, see:
Custom Account Scoring
Custom Account Scoring allows you to customize how different engagement and intent signals contribute to the overall Propensity Score for accounts.
Using scoring rules, you can assign weighted point values to different account signals and define how those signals influence account scoring within your workspace. For more information, see:
Intent Groups
Intent Groups allow you to organize intent signals into separate reusable groups with their own AND / OR matching logic. For more information, see:
Connections
The Connections tab manages your personal data connections, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Slack, Linkedin, etc.

Workspace Users
The Workspace Users tab allows admins to manage workspace users and permissions.
From this section, you can:
- Invite users
- Change permissions
- Set billing contacts
- Deactivate users
Billing
The Billing tab contains workspace billing information and payment management tools.
This section allows you to:
- Review billing history
- Manage payment methods
- Add prepaid media credits
Installed Packages
The Installed Packages section is used to install and manage CRM packages for:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
These packages are used to integrate Propensity with your CRM environment.

Exclusions
The Exclusions section allows admins to manage contacts and accounts excluded from campaigns.
Exclusions can be added by:
- Uploading lists manually
- Connecting CRM reports or lists
This helps prevent specific contacts or accounts from being targeted in campaigns.
Sales Alerts
Sales Alerts allow teams to configure notifications based on engagement activity.
Alerts can notify your sales team when:
- A contact becomes Hot
- A contact visits your website

All alert types include an ICP Only option that restricts notifications to contacts and accounts within your ICP.
