Propensity sends website visitor and hot contact alerts to Salesloft Rhythm so reps can reach out when prospects are actively engaging, turning signals into timely conversations and stronger pipeline.
Use this guide to connect your Salesloft workspace and set up synced contact alerts.
How to Connect Salesloft
- Go to your Workspace Settings
- Click on the Connections tab
- Find Salesloft and click Grant Access
How to Add Salesloft Sales Alerts
Set Up In Propensity
- In Workspace Settings, go to the Sales Alerts tab.
- Click Add Alert.
- Under Alert Target, select Salesloft.
- Choose your Alert Trigger:
- Website Visit: when a matched contact visits your website

Lead Becomes Hot: when a contact crosses your intent or lead score threshold
Optionally, check ICP Only to limit alerts to contacts and accounts that fall within your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). When enabled, you will only receive notifications for ICP-matched visitors or leads, whether scored at the account level or contact level. Leave this unchecked to receive alerts for all qualifying activity regardless of ICP status.
Set Up In Salesloft (Watch this video or follow the below instructions)
- In Salesloft, go to Settings.
- Click Plays on the left hand side, then click into the Discover Plays tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the Propensity Plays.
- Click into the Play, then update the third section to your Action of choice.
- Turn on Enable Play after saving, then hit Save.
- You will then see the Propensity Plays under My Plays and in the Rhythm section.
- In Propensity, you can also toggle the Alert Status on or off depending on whether you want it active.
You can create multiple alerts based on different behaviors, segments, or actions.
