Turn on the Propensity Salesforce Integration

Set-Up
Installing Propensity
By default, Propensity will not show data in Salesforce automatically. Propensity will not overwrite any existing data points in Salesforce, Propensity maps only to Propensity-specific fields.
To activate the Salesforce connection, log into Propensity > Workspace Settings > Connections Tab > Activate (sandbox URL here). Installation is instant and will push data to Salesforce nightly. No field mapping between the systems is required.

Additional Configuration
Without further configuration, Propensity data will still pass into the system, but users will not be able to see it. Additional configuration recommendations are below to allow users to view and use Propensity-specific fields.
Account and Contact Integration
Setup > Object Manager > Account > Page Layouts
- Fields > Quick Find > “Propensity”
- Drag fields down to the layout
Setup > Object Manager > Contact > Page Layouts
- Fields > Quick Find > “Propensity”
- Drag each desired field down to the layout
Related Objects Integration
Setup > Object Manager > Account > Page Layouts
- Related Lists > Quick Find > “Propensity”
- Drag Account Signals, Website Visits, and Marketing Data down into the layout
- Use the wrench icon to determine what fields are shown
Recommended Fields
Setup > Object Manager > Contact > Page Layouts
- Related Lists > Quick Find > “Propensity”
- Drag the one field, Propensity - Contact Signals, down to the layout
- No set-up is required.
- The Propensity ABM Campaign ID associated with the Salesforce campaign is added by default. It allows for revenue attribution at the campaign level within Salesforce.
Recommended Customization
Propensity provides the data and uses Salesforce to build out automation around it. Additional recommendations are below to harness the full power of the data.
Create a new field for ABM Intent in your layout using roll-up summaries for Propensity Account Signals.
Examples include the total number of intent signals seen, website visits, impressions, etc.

Create new flows and email alerts in Salesforce
Examples include triggering an alert when a new account is trending with a greater than 80% Propensity score, when an account has more than 100 impressions, etc.
Build reports and dashboards based on the data Propensity passes through to Salesforce and subscribe or create scheduled reports for users.
Examples include BDR Outreach, ABM Opportunity Driven Pipeline, Propensity - ICW Leads, Propensity - ABM Connected Website Leads, etc.
