Email Alerts in Propensity help your team stay informed about new buyer activity. Each day, Propensity sends a spreadsheet directly to your inbox with the latest hot leads and/or website visitors. These daily alerts ensure your sales team starts the day with a fresh list of prospects to target.
Use the following guide to set up automated email alerts.
How to Set Up an Email Alert
- In Workspace Settings, go to the Sales Alerts tab.
- Click Add Alert.
- Under Alert Target, select Email.
- Choose your Alert Trigger:
- Website Visit: when a matched contact visits your website
Lead Becomes Hot: when a contact crosses your intent or lead score threshold
- Enter the email addresses you want the alert sent to. (You must click Save to get to this screen.)
- Toggle the Alert Status on or off depending on whether you want it active.
- Click Save.
Once set up, the email alerts will look like the following:
For Hot Leads:
For Website Visitors:
Note that only newly hot leads or website visitors will be included on the spreadsheet. They will not be included in subsequent emails.
