This guide explains how to upload Propensity audiences directly to supported ad platforms from within Propensity.
The Upload to Ad Platform feature allows you to sync enriched buying circle audiences directly into connected advertising platforms for activation and targeting.
Supported platforms currently include:
LinkedIn
Facebook
Google
Reddit
TikTok
This feature is available for:
Contact-Based Marketing campaigns
Audience Enrichment Only campaigns
When to use this
Use this feature when:
Syncing Propensity audiences into advertising platforms
Activating enriched buying circles for ad targeting
Running campaigns outside of Propensity using Propensity audiences
Managing audience uploads directly from Launch Manager
Preparing matched audiences for social or advertising campaigns
How it works
Once a buying circle has been enriched, the Upload to Ad Platform option becomes available inside Launch Manager.
This allows you to:
Select a supported ad platform
Choose a connected ad account
Upload the enriched audience directly to the platform
After upload, the audience can be found within the destination platform for campaign targeting and activation workflows.
Where to find this feature
The Upload to Ad Platform section is available in:
Contact-Based Marketing campaigns
Audience Enrichment Only campaigns
Inside the workflow:
Open the campaign
Navigate to Launch Manager
- Locate the enriched buying circle
Find the Upload to Ad Platform section
- Click the Upload button
The option becomes available once the buying circle has been enriched successfully.
Uploading an audience
To upload an audience:
Open the Upload to Ad Platform section
Select the destination platform
Important: If you are uploading it to Google or TikTok, it will require at least 1,000 contacts. Expand your buying circle if necessary
Important: If you are using Reddit, it will require at least 20,000 contacts. Expand your buying circle if necessary
Choose the connected ad account
(Optional) Adjust the audience name
Click Upload Audience
During the process, the platform validates and queues the upload.
After completion, Propensity displays a confirmation message indicating the upload was successful.
Audience processing time
After upload, the destination platform may require additional processing time before the audience becomes available for targeting.
Uploaded audiences may take approximately 24 to 48 hours to finish processing within the external ad platform.
Important considerations
Buying circles must be enriched before audiences can be uploaded
You must have an active connection to the selected ad platform
If no connected ad account is available, the upload interface may not load
Audience availability and processing behavior depend on the destination platform
