Upload a .csv file with accounts and contacts you would like to exclude from your current and future campaigns by going to your Profile > Workspace Settings > Exclusions > Upload List.
Contact and Account exclusions can be attributed to the workspace or campaign level. Use uploaded lists or CRM Reports to create exclusions.
Exclusion Examples: Competitors, Customers, Opt-Outs, and Other Accounts and Contacts you don't want to include in ABM Campaigns.

Account Uploads
Format:
When uploading an account, there must be a column heading labeled "website," where the company domain is listed. This is the primary field for recognizing accounts.
NOTE: Account lists should be for accounts only, if you have an email in the same row, the email will be added to your exclusions as a contact exclusion.
Acceptable Domain URL examples: www.propensity.com, propensity.com, HTTP://www.propensity.com
Contact Uploads

When uploading a contact, there must be a column heading labeled "email." This is the primary field for recognizing contacts.
Emails must be valid and complete to properly exclude the contact. For example: sarah@propensity.com instead of sarah@propensity.
