Use the Contact Upload feature in the Audience tab to upload your existing contact list to build your audience.
Upload a .csv file with contacts you would like to create a new audience list with. The file must be a .csv and must include the columns “Website” and either "Email" or "LinkedIn URL" in your file, list, or report.
Alternatively, you can include "First Name", "Last Name", and "Website".
Find your list in the Audience tab after uploading.
You can also connect CRM Reports to create an audience. To access: Audience > Contact Upload > Select Salesforce or HubSpot based on your CRM connection. These are static lists, based on the time of import.
NOTE: Contact lists should be for contacts only.
