Reporting

The Reporting section provides visibility into the performance of your campaigns, audiences, and marketing activity across channels.
This area allows you to monitor engagement signals, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and analyze how your ABM efforts are influencing target accounts.
Reporting combines data from multiple campaign channels and interactions to help you understand how your audience is responding to your marketing.
Within this section, you can review insights related to:

The Reporting section also includes channel-specific reporting for advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and Reddit. These reports help you analyze performance within each platform and compare results across channels. You can also connect external campaigns in this section for unified reporting.

The Global Search tool allows you to quickly locate items across the platform.
You can use it to search for content such as:

Search results return matching items from across the platform, helping you quickly navigate to the relevant section.
Live Chat
The Live Chat feature allows you to quickly ask questions and get assistance.
When using Live Chat:
You will initially interact with a support bot that can help answer common questions
If additional help is needed, you can connect with a Propensity support agent
This feature provides quick support without needing to leave the platform.
Profile Menu
The Profile Menu provides access to personal settings and workspace configuration.
From this menu you can access:
Profile Settings
Manage your personal account settings, such as name, email and password.
Workspace Settings
Configure settings related to your workspace and organization, such as changing the workspace you are working on, connections, users, billing, installed packages (Salesforce or Hubspot), domain exclusions and sales alerts.
CRM Sync Settings
Manage integrations and synchronization settings with supported CRM platforms (Hubspot or Salesforce), such as the Default CRM Sync settings, Account Integration, the CRM Debugger.
