What this is
The Campaigns section is where you create, manage, and monitor ABM campaigns in Propensity.
From this section, you can launch new campaigns, track campaign activity, manage marketing assets, and review leads generated by active campaigns.
Campaigns (page)
The Campaigns page displays all campaigns created in your workspace.
Here you can:
- View existing campaigns
- Monitor campaign status
- Access campaign configuration
- Create new campaigns
Each campaign entry typically shows:
- Campaign Name
- Status (such as Active, Inactive, Processing, or Re-Launch Ready)
- Associated Account List
From this page, you can also open a campaign to access its configuration and performance sections.
The New Campaign button allows you to start creating a new ABM campaign.
Leads Manager
The Leads Manager provides a centralized view of leads generated from active campaigns.
This section shows:
- Campaigns that are currently generating leads
- The associated buying circles
- The number of cohorts
- The number of days the campaign has been running
From here, you can open the Leads view for a campaign to review individual contacts who have interacted with your campaign.
Asset Library
The Asset Library stores the marketing assets used across campaigns.
Assets may include:
- Display ad creatives
- Social media ad graphics
- Campaign images and visual assets
- HTML creatives
Within this section you can:
- Upload new assets
- Organize creatives
- Search and filter assets
- Manage assets by campaign channel or size
These assets can then be selected when configuring campaigns in the Playbook section.
ABM Coach
The ABM Coach is an AI-powered tool designed to help identify new ABM opportunities.
Users can enter their company’s website URL, and the system will analyze market signals to generate recommendations for potential target audiences. Details about how to use it can be found in Using ABM Coach to Generate Campaign Strategy.
The ABM Coach analyzes factors such as:
- Target industries
- Competitors
- Target personas
- Intent signals
Based on this analysis, it generates recommended audiences and campaign opportunities that can be used to build ABM campaigns.
