Use the Account Upload feature in the Audience tab to upload your existing account list to build your audience.
Upload a .csv file with accounts you would like to create a new account list with. The file must be a .csv and have at least one column titled “Website” and company URLs. Find your list in the Audience tab after uploading.
You can also connect CRM Reports to create an audience. To access: Audience > Account Upload > Select Salesforce or HubSpot based on your CRM connection. These are static lists, based on the time of import.
Format for Uploaded Lists:
When uploading an account, there must be a column heading labeled "Website," where the company domain is listed. This is the primary field for recognizing accounts.
Note: Account lists should be for accounts only.
Important: When editing uploaded audience lists, all filters can be modified except the Page visited filter. Additionally, the Intent Signals filter only works if a Minimum Propensity Score is applied (must be set to at least 1)..
