This guide explains how to create, configure, and launch a Propensity Display Network Native Ad within an ABM Campaign in Propensity.

Add a Native Ad play to your ABM campaign

When to use this guide
Use this guide when:
You want to run Native Ads as part of an ABM campaign
You are testing or validating the new Native Ad play type
You want to confirm launch behavior and analytics tracking
This assumes your ABM campaign setup and audience selection are already complete.
Creative requirements for Native Ads
Before creating or launching a Propensity Display Network Native Ad, make sure you have the required creative assets. Native Ads require the following:
Required text elements
Headline
Body copy
Both fields must be completed before the play can be launched.
Required image assets
The following image formats and sizes are supported:
Supported formats:
JPG
PNG
Not supported:
GIF
Required image sizes:
300x300 logo
At least one 1200x627 image
At least one 600x600 image
At least one 800x600 image
If any required asset is missing, the Set Up checklist will display an orange indicator and prevent launch.
Step-by-step: Create and launch Propensity Display Network Native Ad
Create a new campaign
Go to Campaigns
Click New Campaign
Select ABM Campaign
Enter campaign details
Choose Propensity Display Network Native Ad as the play type
Save the campaign

Go to the Playbook tab and add or manage your assets.
Note: When editing the ad, the Headline character limit is 55 and the Description character limit is 120
Connect your buying circles to the play

Review the Set Up requirements
A green checkmark indicates all requirements are met
An orange indicator indicates missing or incomplete requirements
Go to the Launch page and locate Propensity Display Network Native Ad
Click View Channel and review or resolve any listed requirements
Click Launch to activate the play
After launch
After launching, the Ads play will be in Pending state for a few hours and will become Active once it is ready. This process can take up to 48 hours, and after it is live:
You will see the Propensity Display Network Native Ads play as Active
You will notice the Launch button changed to Pause

Analytics should begin returning once impressions and clicks are generated

Campaign Analytics
Channel Performance views
You will not be able to launch your campaign if there are requirements not met. If you see that your Launch button is blocked, please check the play set up requirements again
