What it is
This feature allows you to sync LinkedIn campaign performance data directly into Salesforce, without requiring the campaign to run through a Propensity ABM campaign.
When enabled:
Account-level LinkedIn campaign data is synced to Salesforce
Impression and click data from the LinkedIn campaign are included
The sync runs on a daily basis
The campaign does not need to be part of a Propensity ABM campaign
This is a campaign-level setting and must be enabled individually for each LinkedIn campaign.
When to use
Use this feature when:
You are running LinkedIn campaigns outside of Propensity ABM
You still want LinkedIn performance data visible inside Salesforce
You want account-level impression and click activity synced automatically
You do not need to associate the campaign with a Propensity ABM workflow
If your LinkedIn campaign is already part of a Propensity ABM campaign, this direct sync is not required for Salesforce visibility.
Requirements
Before enabling this feature:
Your Salesforce integration must already be connected
The feature must be activated for your workspace by the Propensity team
If you do not see the option to sync to Salesforce, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to request activation.
How to enable daily LinkedIn-to-Salesforce sync
Follow these steps:
Go to Reporting
Select LinkedIn Campaign Data
Open the Campaign Data tab
Select the LinkedIn campaign you want to sync
Click Sync to Salesforce (on the right-hand side)
Activate the daily sync
Click Save
Once saved, the campaign will begin syncing data to Salesforce on a daily basis.
This setting applies only to the selected campaign.
What gets synced
For enabled campaigns:
Accounts included in the LinkedIn campaign
Impression data
Click data
Data is sent directly to Salesforce without requiring the campaign to pass through a Propensity ABM campaign.
Important considerations
Campaign-level activation
Sync must be enabled separately for each LinkedIn campaign.
Feature activation required
The Sync to Salesforce option is only available after the feature has been activated by Propensity. If you do not see it, contact your CSM.
Daily sync cadence
Data syncs on a daily basis. It is not a real-time sync.
ABM campaign not required
This feature bypasses the requirement to associate LinkedIn campaigns with a Propensity ABM campaign in order to send performance data to Salesforce.
