What this is
The Launch section is where campaigns are created, managed, and monitored, across ABM and other supported campaign types.
This section includes a dashboard of campaign activity, saved campaigns, marketing assets, and campaign-related settings.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is the default landing page for Launch. A Filters control lets you choose the reporting period, either a preset range (30, 60, or 90 days) or a custom start and end date, and filter by campaign objective.

Campaigns
Displays campaigns you have access to, organized by cohort. From this page, campaigns can be searched, filtered, and grouped; each entry shows its type, status, associated account list, and last update date.
Campaign Type may show as Contextual Campaign, Contact-Based Marketing, or Account-Based Marketing, among others. Status may show as Active, Inactive, Pending, or Re-Launch Ready, among others.
Opening a campaign provides access to its configuration and performance. New Campaign starts a new one; see How to Create and Launch Your First Campaign in Propensity for setup steps.
Campaign Assets
Campaign Assets groups the tools for building and managing campaign creative.
Asset Builder
Lets you create a new ad asset either by describing what you want and selecting a play type, such as Programmatic Display Ad, LinkedIn Ad, or Facebook Ad, for Propensity AI to generate, or by starting from a blank canvas with manual design tools (text, shapes, background, and preset ad sizes).
Asset Library
Stores marketing assets used across campaigns, including display ad creatives, social media ad graphics, campaign images and visual assets, and HTML5 creatives. Assets can be searched and filtered by folder, associated ABM campaign, channel, or size, viewed in grid or list format, and uploaded directly, including HTML5 uploads.
Website Personalization (beta)
Lets you show targeted pop-up messages to website visitors, with rules controlling who sees each version based on factors like page, industry, or prior interaction. Content, rules, targeting, and display settings are all managed directly in Propensity.
For more information about Website Personalization, see Using Website Personalization to create On-Site Messages.
Settings
Settings holds campaign-related configuration across two tabs: Campaign Defaults and CRM Sync Settings.
Campaign Defaults
Sets default behavior for ads served through the Propensity Display Network:
- Default Include In-App Mobile Ads: whether in-app mobile ads are included by default
- Default Frequency Cap: how often the same device sees an ad within a set time frame, expressed as a Limit (impressions), a Duration, and a Unit (such as views per X days)
- Percent Budget Over Accrual Allowance: the allowed percentage over the expected budget accrual threshold
CRM Sync Settings
Controls how campaigns sync with the connected CRM. For setup steps, see How to Setup CRM Sync Settings.
Important Notes
- A Default Frequency Cap change only applies to new plays. Plays that have already launched keep the cap they launched with.
