What This Is
Propensity AI lets you query your campaign data conversationally. Instead of navigating manually through reports, you can ask the AI questions about your campaigns and receive visual results directly in the chat. You can also follow up in the same conversation to refine or adjust your results.
When To Use This
Use Propensity AI for reporting when you need fast answers about how your campaigns are performing. Whether you want to check in on active campaigns, identify your top-performing channels, understand where your budget is going, or surface your hottest leads, you can get the answers you need in seconds without leaving the chat.
What You Can Ask About
Propensity AI can retrieve data across many different areas. The most important ones are:
Campaign performance: query performance data across your active campaigns, including impressions, clicks, website visits, hot leads, warm leads, cold leads, average click rate, cost to date, budgeted cost, and remaining budget.
Campaign engagement: see your campaigns ranked by engagement score for a given time period, with active channels identified and metrics including clicks, impressions, website visits, and lead counts broken down by warmth.
Spend by channel and cohort: break down spend for a specific campaign and cohort by channel, including total spend, share of spend per channel, and the source fields used to calculate the data.
Leads by warmth and campaign status: retrieve lists of leads filtered by warmth status (hot, warm, or cold) and campaign status, with details including email, job title, company, most recent campaign, play type, website visits, programmatic and LinkedIn impressions over the last 90 days, warmth date, and location.
Account engagement: see how target accounts are engaging across your active campaigns, including total engagement score, website visits, ad impressions, clicks, sales touches, sales responses, number of campaigns, and campaign names per account.
Asset performance: review performance data for individual assets across your active campaigns, including asset dimensions, campaign and play name, play type, impressions, clicks, contacts reached, CTR, impressions per contact, clicks per contact, and a preview link for each asset.
