What this is
Propensity AI lets you create campaigns and audiences using natural language prompts. You describe what you want, and the AI builds a structured proposal for your review before anything is saved.
When to use this
Use this workflow when you want to:
- Create a new campaign from a single prompt
- Build a targeted audience without configuring manual filters
- Create a campaign and audience together in one step
- Create a standalone audience to use in a future campaign
How the proposal workflow works
When you send a prompt, Propensity AI does not save anything immediately. It generates a proposal and waits for your confirmation before creating any records.
The proposal experience differs depending on what you are creating:
- Campaigns: The AI generates a visual Campaign Overview page displaying all campaign details, the targeted audience, the campaign play, and creative assets for your review.
- Audiences: The AI generates a text-based summary in the chat window displaying the audience profile.
Nothing is created until you confirm.

Creating a Campaign
Default behavior
By default, creating a campaign generates a Campaign Overview page that includes campaign details, a targeted audience, a campaign play, and creative assets.
Example prompt:
Create a campaign to drive demo requests from high-value financial services accounts. Build the audience, assets, and plays
The Campaign Overview page includes four sections:
Campaign details Includes the campaign type, name, launch date, and relaunch setting.
Targeted Audience Includes the target industries, revenue range, company size, location, and keywords.
Campaign Play Includes the play name, ad type, start and end dates, budget, and CPM bid amount.
Creative Assets Displays the banner ads generated for the campaign. Review each asset before confirming.
Review all sections carefully. If any details need adjustment, reply in the chat with your changes before confirming.
Creating a campaign without an audience
If you already have an audience or want to add one later, instruct the AI to skip audience creation.
Example prompt:
Launch a LinkedIn campaign to promote our upcoming product release. Build the campaign and play, but do not create an audience.
The AI generates a Campaign Overview page with campaign details and a campaign play only. No audience is created.
Creating an Audience
You can create a standalone audience without creating a campaign.
Example prompt:
Build an audience of marketing leaders at mid-size companies actively researching ABM in the last 30 days
The AI generates an audience summary in the chat window that includes:
- Audience name
- Target industries
- Company size
- Revenue range
- Locations
- Growth rate
- Keywords
- Intent signals
- Website behavior
- Refresh behavior
Review the summary and confirm to create the audience, or reply with changes first.
Confirming a Proposal
The confirmation method differs depending on what you are creating.
Campaigns
Review the Campaign Overview page and click Approve and Create Campaign to create the records. You can also click View Performance Forecast before confirming to preview expected results.
To request changes before confirming, reply in the chat with your adjustments. The AI will update the proposal and ask you to confirm again.
Audiences
Review the audience summary in the chat and type yes or confirm to create the audience. To request changes first, describe the adjustments in your reply. The AI will update the proposal and ask you to confirm again.
After confirming, you will receive a confirmation from the AI, and a View Results button will appear.
Important Notes
- Nothing is created until you confirm; the AI always waits for your explicit confirmation before saving any campaign, audience, or play.
- Review all sections of the Campaign Overview before confirming. Records are created based on the proposal exactly as shown at the time of confirmation.
