Understanding Your Results
Apex's responses depend on the information available in your workspace and the details provided in your conversation.
When reviewing a response, consider which campaigns, accounts, and time periods are included in the analysis.
You can ask follow-up questions to clarify the results or provide additional context.
If a response does not contain the information you need, specify the campaign, account, metric, or period you want to investigate.
Important Notes
Available data matters. Apex can only analyze information available to the relevant workflow and conversation.
Be specific with your questions. Include campaign names, accounts, metrics, or date ranges when relevant.
Review supporting evidence. Interpretations and recommendations should be evaluated alongside the underlying information.
Reporting and optimization are different activities. Reviewing campaign results does not automatically modify your campaigns.
