What it is
After running and syncing an Audience Enrichment-Only campaign, you can build reports in Salesforce using the enriched contact data.
This article explains how to create a Salesforce report that displays enriched contact information from a synced Enrichment-Only campaign.
Requirements
Before building your report:
The campaign must be an Enrichment-Only campaign
The campaign must be fully enriched
A manual CRM sync must have been completed
Workspace CRM sync settings must not be restricted to syncing only Hot accounts
If the campaign has not been synced, or if workspace sync filters restrict certain warmth levels, enriched data may not appear in your report.
How to create the report in Salesforce
Go to Reports in Salesforce.
Create a new report.
Select the report type: Campaigns with Contacts
Click Start report
Filter the report by All Active campaigns and Campaign Name (select the relevant Enrichment-Only campaign. Ex: Competitor Conquest)
Add the desired columns (see recommended fields below).
Save and run the report.
Using a different report type may prevent enriched contact fields from appearing correctly.
Recommended fields
To build a report using enriched data, you may include fields such as:
First Name
Last Name
Propensity Email
Propensity Email Verified
LinkedIn URL
Contact Warmth
Warmth Reason
Propensity Job Title
Recent Website Visit
Recent Website Visit URL
Recent Website Visit Date
Propensity Buying Circle Name
These fields allow teams to view enrichment signals and contact details directly within Salesforce.
If needed, you can group or filter the report by Propensity Buying Circle Name to analyze results by buying circle.
Common issues
Report is empty
If your report does not display any data:
Confirm the campaign has been fully enriched
Confirm a manual CRM sync has been completed
Verify that workspace CRM sync settings are not limited to Hot accounts only
Confirm you are using the Campaigns with Contacts report type
Confirm you are filtering by the correct campaign name
Missing enriched fields
If enriched fields do not appear:
Ensure the campaign has been synced
Confirm you selected the correct report type
Important considerations
Reports will only reflect contacts that were successfully synced to Salesforce
Workspace-level CRM sync filters directly impact what data appears in reports
This process applies specifically to Enrichment-Only campaigns that have been manually synced
