What this is
The Propensity Account Dashboard is a Salesforce dashboard that displays the accounts you own, along with data pulled from Propensity. It gives you a consolidated view of your accounts and their activity without leaving Salesforce.

What it shows
The dashboard displays a table of accounts you own, enriched with Propensity account and intent data. Each row includes the following columns:
- Account: The account name
- Score: The Propensity Score for the account, displayed as a numeric value from 0 to 99. The score represents the account's estimated likelihood of being in-market, based on the recency and frequency of intent and engagement signals
- Next Steps: Shows AI-generated recommendations to help you take action on each account, based on its engagement behavior and history. Each recommendation includes a priority indicator and a suggested timeframe, so you know what to act on first
- Red indicator: urgent action, such as re-engaging an account that's gone quiet or following up on an overdue task
- Gray indicator: routine action, such as verifying contact emails before your next outreach or campaign
- Alerts: Alerts highlight the accounts that need your attention right now. These mirror the high-priority (red) items from Next Steps, like accounts going quiet or overdue follow-ups, so you can spot them at a glance without reading through every account's full list.
You can use the Search accounts field to search for specific accounts in your list.
The Filters panel on the left side of the dashboard allows you to narrow the list of accounts displayed. Click Add Filter to apply a new filter, or select from your Saved Filters for quick access to filters you use frequently. Once your filters are configured, click Apply Filters to update the results, or Reset to clear them. You can also click Save current filters to save your current filter combination for future use.
Important Notes
- Only accounts where you are listed as Owner will appear. If the dashboard is empty, confirm that accounts are assigned to you in Salesforce
