General CTV Ad Specs
Connected TV (CTV) creatives must meet the following requirements:
Resolution: 1920x1080 (1080p recommended)
Duration: 15 or 30 seconds recommended
Creatives outside these durations may experience limited scale
Maximum: 60 seconds
Aspect ratio: 16:9 (recommended)
File format: MP4
File size: Up to 1 GB
Tip: If you’re unsure about aspect ratio, divide width by height.
Example: 2560 ÷ 1440 = 1.77 → valid 16:9
Premium Publisher CTV Ad Specs
For premium publishers (such as Disney, Hulu, NBCU/Peacock, Paramount, and Warner Brothers Digital), creatives must meet additional requirements to support transcoding and scale.
Requirements:
Video bitrate: 10–15 Mbps (15 Mbps recommended)
Duration: Typically 15 or 30 seconds
File type: MP4
Video codec: H.264
Dimensions: 1920x1080

Disney+ & Hulu: 23.98, 24, 25, 29.97, 30
NBCU/Peacock: 23.98, 25, 29.97
