Prepaid Media Credits allow you to prepay for Propensity Display Network advertising spend within Propensity.
These credits are applied toward eligible Propensity Display Network advertising channels when campaigns are launched. Prepaying for media credits can provide additional value, as Propensity may apply bonus credits when funds are added in advance.
Prepaid media credits are managed at the workspace level within the Billing section.
Where to find Prepaid Media Credits
- Navigate to Billing in your Propensity workspace.
- Locate the Media Credits section.
The Media Credits section shows three amounts, so you can see both your prepaid balance and the funds available for upcoming campaigns:
- Current Balance: your prepaid media credit balance.
- Pending Invoice Amount: pending charges, which are subtracted from your Current Balance.
- Available Balance: the funds available for upcoming campaigns. It equals your Current Balance minus your Pending Invoice Amount.
For example, a Current Balance of $3,125.00 with a Pending Invoice Amount of $421.05 results in an Available Balance of $2,703.95.
Use the Available Balance to assess the budget you have when planning upcoming campaigns.
Adding prepaid media credits
To add prepaid media credits:
Go to Billing
Locate the Media Credits section
- Click Add Credits
Enter the requested details
Submit the request
Once submitted, the request is reviewed before the credits are added to the workspace balance.
Bonus credits for prepaid media
Propensity provides additional bonus credits when media spend is prepaid.
For example, users receive bonus credits (such as a 20% increase) when adding prepaid media credits.
These credits can then be used toward eligible Propensity Display Network advertising campaigns.
Supported channels
Prepaid media credits apply to Propensity Display Network advertising channels and their associated data costs, including:
Propensity Display Network (Display, Video, Audio, etc.)
Geofencing campaigns
Contextual campaigns
Additional contextual Propensity Display Network channels may also use prepaid media credits.
