What this article covers
This article lists common error messages that may appear when working with campaigns and integrations in Propensity.
For each error, you will find:
The exact error message returned by the platform
What the error means
Recommended steps to resolve the issue
Some errors originate from external advertising platforms (such as LinkedIn) and may require checking settings directly in those platforms.
If the issue persists after following the suggested steps, contact Propensity Support.
Error: All your submitted creatives are rejected
What this means
This error indicates that the advertising platform rejected all creatives submitted for the Propensity Display Network campaign during the review process.
The rejection comes from the external platform’s review system, and the API response does not always include the exact reason.
Common causes include:
The brand name configured in the campaign does not match the branding shown in the ad creatives
The click URL is invalid or incorrectly formatted
The landing page cannot be verified by the platform’s automated review system
How to resolve it
First, try relaunching the campaign. In some cases the rejection may be caused by a temporary validation issue.
If the campaign is rejected again:
Ensure the brand name matches the branding used in the ads
Verify that the click URL is valid and properly formatted
Confirm that the landing page loads correctly and is accessible
Error: Campaign is fully servable. Parent account is on hold and not eligible for serving.
What this means
This error indicates that the LinkedIn campaign itself is approved and technically ready to run, but the advertising account associated with the campaign is currently restricted.
When this occurs, the platform hosting the campaign (in this case LinkedIn) prevents all campaigns under that account from serving.
The response returned by the platform API does not provide detailed information about the specific issue affecting the account.
However, the most common causes include:
Billing issues (such as unpaid invoices)
Invalid or outdated billing information
Account-level policy violations
Account security or access restrictions
Because the issue exists at the account level, it affects all campaigns associated with that advertising account.
How to resolve it
To resolve this issue:
Log in to your LinkedIn Ads account.
Check the account status and notifications.
Verify that billing information is valid and that there are no unpaid invoices.
Review any policy or security alerts associated with the account.
Once the account issue is resolved in LinkedIn, campaigns should become eligible to serve again.
Error: Ad accounts owned by businesses new to Facebook Products can choose this option to pay for ads after several weeks of following our policies.
What this means
This message is returned directly by Facebook and relates to the status of the advertising account, not to the campaign configuration inside Propensity.
It typically indicates that the Facebook ad account is still considered new or not fully verified by Facebook. Because of this, some advertising features or API-based campaign operations may not yet be available.
Facebook determines account eligibility based on internal trust and verification checks. The exact reason for the restriction is not provided in the API response.
Possible factors that may affect account eligibility include:
The advertising account has not completed enough billing cycles
Business verification has not been completed in Meta Business Manager
Billing or payment issues associated with the account
There is no fixed timeline for when a new account becomes fully eligible.
How to resolve it
To address this issue, review the Facebook advertising account directly.
Recommended steps:
Log in to Meta Business Manager / Facebook Ads Manager.
Check the account status and billing settings.
Confirm that payment information is valid and billing cycles are completing successfully.
If available, complete Business Verification in Meta Business Manager.
As the account continues to run ads and maintain valid billing, Facebook may automatically enable additional features.
Error: Campaign is fully servable. Campaign is on hold because it has an audience count lower than the threshold.
What this means
This error indicates that the campaign itself is approved and technically ready to run, but LinkedIn was unable to match enough contacts from the uploaded audience list with its internal user database.
LinkedIn requires a minimum of 300 matched contacts for a campaign to become eligible to serve.
If fewer than 300 contacts from the uploaded list can be matched to LinkedIn users, the campaign will remain on hold.
How to resolve it
To resolve this issue:
Upload a larger contact list
Ensure the contact data (such as email addresses) is accurate and complete
Relaunch the campaign once the audience size meets LinkedIn’s minimum match threshold
Once LinkedIn matches at least 300 contacts, the campaign should become eligible to serve.
