Overview of AI Usage
Propensity uses built-in artificial intelligence to help users plan, launch, and optimize ABM campaigns. AI features assist users and do not independently control or execute campaign actions.
The AI engine leverages website information, campaign performance metrics, and audience signals within the Propensity platform to recommend next steps, generate creative assets, and personalize outreach at scale.
AI within Propensity is used for decision-making, recommendations, automations, and analysis. The system operates in the Propensity cloud environment and connects to Salesforce CRM.
AI capabilities are designed to enhance campaign planning and execution while remaining supplemental to core Propensity workflows.
Data Usage and Privacy
Customer CRM data is not sent to AI systems.
When AI services are used, requests are based strictly on publicly available information included in engineered prompts. Prompts created by Propensity include only publicly available information found on websites.
The AI system does not process personal or sensitive data. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is never used in AI.
Prompt Transparency and Human Review
Propensity provides a full audit history of every request made through the AI tool set.
Before any prompt is sent to AI, users are required to review and confirm it through a summary process. This summary is built for non-technical stakeholders and ensures transparency prior to execution.
Users are given direct visibility into the prompts used to generate AI results. They have the ability to edit those prompts, confirm their accuracy, and resubmit them.
AI outputs are advisory and require user confirmation before affecting workflows.
AI outputs do not automatically execute changes without user review and confirmation. AI tools function as consultative and assistive components rather than autonomous decision-makers within the platform.
Audit Logging and Traceability
Propensity maintains a full audit history of AI requests within the platform.
All AI-driven interactions are logged, enabling visibility into the prompts used and the outputs generated.
AI operates as a supplemental process to core Propensity workflows, ensuring that AI enhances, but does not replace standard platform functionality.
If AI produces incorrect or unsatisfactory outputs, users may adjust prompts and resubmit them or submit a support ticket for assistance.
Human Oversight and Operational Controls
All AI tools at Propensity are supplemental to core workflows. Every process can be completed manually without AI or enhanced with AI, providing a persistent fallback to standard Propensity workflows.
Users can override AI-generated outputs by editing prompts, confirming revisions, or proceeding without AI assistance.
If assistance is needed, users may submit a support request through Propensity’s case management process.
