Certain ad channels require permissions and setups before you can successfully launch them. Review and follow our suggestions below so you are prepared to launch your ABM Campaign.
Marketing Email
- Review our Email Sending Overview
- It would be best if you created a new domain or subdomain and mailbox(s) for your marketing email outreach to protect the reputation of your main domain. Newly created domains and mailboxes will need to be warmed before use. Check out our guide for more information.
- Connect and verify your mailboxes/sender email with Propensity. See our guide for more information.
- Only users with certain permissions can launch ads. Click the link to learn more about LinkedIn User Roles and Permissions.
- Personal User Permissions Needed to Launch Ads from Propensity:
- Access level: Personal profile required
- Page Level Access: Super Admin or Content Admin
- Ad Manager Account Level Access: Billing Admin, Account Manager, or Campaign Manager
- You can adjust your permissions by going into your Campaign Manager settings.
- Permissions must be set in LinkedIn to run customer audiences.
- It takes up to 72 hours for your ad to become active. After you launch your play in Propensity, your matched audience will begin to build on LinkedIn, and forecasted results will usually take 48 to 72 hours. Your LinkedIn Ad will show pending in Propensity until the audience finishes building and changes to active. Please consider this timing when building your Playbook.
- Facebook does not allow users who recently opened a Facebook Ad Account or who have never launched an ad to use custom audiences to create a campaign. They first require users to use Facebook's broad targeting options to start. Users must run a standard campaign using other targeting factors for 1-2 months before Facebook allows them to upload custom audiences from Propensity. Facebook requires Ad Accounts to have run a campaign for 60 days before being able to manage campaigns via third-party platforms.

- Each Propensity user must have access to the Google Ads account with Admin or Standard access to launch Google Ads in Propensity. Click the link to learn more about Google Ads Account Access Levels, and click here to learn more about Granting Access in Google Ads.
- To use audience targeting features such as Customer Match, the Google Ads account must be at least 90 days old and meet Google’s minimum ad spend requirements (50k).
- Audience uploaded to Google will take 3–4 days to verify contacts, with an expected match rate of around 20%.
