Apple makes periodic updates that change default settings and sometimes they turn off cookie tracking in the process. The below steps should re-enable cookie tracking.
Safari > Settings > Privacy > Website Tracking: Prevent Cross-Site Tracking > Uncheck
Propensity tabs are connected to gateways that connect to other apps because of our micro-app structure. If cross-site tracking is prevented it requires the user to sign in on each page of the product, when unchecked it fixes this problem.
